Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Elev8 Trading, including the Elev8+ website, member area, indicators, educational products, mentorship offers, dashboards, automation products, and related services operated by Elev8 Holdings LLC.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you reviewed this Refund Policy and agree that the billing terms below apply to your purchase.
2. No Refunds; All Sales Final
We do not offer refunds once access is granted or billing begins.
Except where required by law or where Elev8+ expressly states otherwise in writing at checkout, all fees are non-refundable. All sales are final once access, credentials, dashboards, indicators, automation features, downloads, membership benefits, or educational materials are made available.
Trading losses, dissatisfaction, market conditions, broker behavior, strategy performance, user error, setup complexity, or a change in personal circumstances do not create a right to a refund.
3. Subscription Cancellations
If your purchase includes a recurring subscription, you may cancel to stop future renewals. Cancellation prevents future charges only. It does not reverse or refund charges that have already been processed, and access generally continues through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a free trial is offered, you are responsible for canceling before the trial ends if you do not want the paid subscription to begin.
4. Immediate-Access Products
Many Elev8+ products are digital and provide immediate access after purchase, including but not limited to member dashboards, indicators, automation tools, community benefits, mentorship materials, and account-connected features. Because access is granted immediately, these purchases are not eligible for refunds once delivered.
AutoTrader, lifetime-access offers, discounted upgrade offers, flash-sale offers, and other special checkout links are also non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law.
5. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same purchase, or billed after a cancellation issue, contact us promptly so we can review the billing history, checkout records, and account access logs.
A billing review is not the same as a refund right. If the charge was valid under the checkout terms you accepted, this policy still applies.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact support so we can review the matter directly. We may rely on checkout records, accepted legal acknowledgements, billing history, access logs, and related account records when responding to a dispute.
This section does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
